Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow ...

Having grown up in Scotland, I'm no stranger to snow, but I was surprised to see the sheer amount that covered Edmonton and the rest of London yesterday. These are pictures of my constituency office on Fore Street as well as Pymmes Park coated in several inches of snow. Despite the travel chaos, I managed to make it into parliament like a normal Monday morning so I didn't get to go sliding down a hill on a tray or building snowmen. I did manage to avoid slipping over in all the snow and ice though and I'm hoping it stays that way because I can think of a lot of things I'd rather do than have to sit in the House of Commons in a damp suit! If you had a bit more fun with your snowy day then why not send me a picture of what you and your family and friends got up to? Keep warm and enjoy it while it lasts.
