It's all about the money, money, money

I've got a whole load of Parliamentary debates that I've contributed to in the last few weeks to link to, but before I do that I wanted to just quickly highlight a couple of media appearances that I've made recently in case you're interested in catching them online.

On Thursday lunchtime I took part in the Islam Channel's 'Week in Westminster' programme. It's a programme that I've appeared on before and, as the name suggests, it looks back at the week's Westminster goings-on with debate from MPs representing each of the three main parties. Last week's show was of particular relevance and interest to me as the focus was on the latest economic forecasts and figures.

On Friday evening, mid way through my regular weekly advice surgery I got a last minute call to contribute to the discussion on BBC Radio 4's 'PM' programme. The topic up for conversation? RBS Chief Stephen Hester's bonus, of course! (There are four days left to listen via iPlayer.)

And then today, I did a brief telephone interview with a journalist from Money Marketing on last Friday's publication of the Financial Services Bill.

Like I wrote in the title of this post, it's all about the money, money, money!
